We are based in Boca Raton. We clean homes from West Palm Beach to Miami, and offices and stores from West Palm Beach to Hollywood. Cities include Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach, Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, Coconut Creek, Coral Springs, Parkland, Margate, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood and Miami. For homes in Miami-Dade we stay north: we do not clean homes in South Miami or Kendall. For builders, we take post-construction jobs across Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, Collier and Lee counties, including Naples, Immokalee, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Lehigh Acres. If you are in that area but your town is not on the list, ask. Dayane will tell you if the job is a fit.

You talk to Dayane Waite, the owner. She is Brazilian and works in English, Portuguese and Spanish, so you can write or call in whichever language is easier for you.
How do I get a quote?
Use the quote form, call or text (954) 773-6380, or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us the kind of space, its size, the city and when you need it. Dayane will come back with questions or a number.
How much does cleaning cost?
We do not publish set prices, because the right number depends on the size of the space, its condition, what needs to be cleaned and when. Send the details and we will quote the job.
What is post-construction cleaning?
It is the cleaning that follows construction or a renovation, usually in up to three stages. A rough clean clears debris and dust after the main trades. A final clean gets the space detailed for inspection and handover. A touch-up clean comes after the punch list, right before move-in. Not every job needs all three.
Do you work with general contractors and builders?
Yes. Post-construction cleaning for builders and contractors is one of our core services. Use the contractor bid request and send the project address, approximate square footage, which clean you need and your target date.
Do you clean offices and commercial spaces?
Yes. We can quote office and commercial cleaning for the space and schedule you describe. Tell us how often you need it and Dayane will quote that schedule.
Do you clean houses?
Yes. We can quote house cleaning. Tell us the size of the home and what you need done, and we will quote it.
Can you provide paperwork for a building or general contractor?
If you need paperwork for a building, a property manager or a general contractor, tell Dayane when you ask for a quote. She will tell you what she can provide.
What days and times can you work?
Scheduling depends on the job. Tell us the date or time window you need and Dayane will confirm what is possible.
What if I am not happy with the cleaning?
